Individual Lessons

  • Time: 30 – 60 mCS Alana Averyinutes
  • $40 per session base price
  • Available sessions:
    – Hitting, pitching, catching and infield instruction
  • Sessions can include video, Blast Motion Sensor analysis,
    mental training, and game strategy

Team Lessons

  • 30 – 90 minutes
  • Cost to be determined (based on number of players)w: Nola and team
  • Available sessions:
    – Hitting, catching, pitching, infield and outfield instruction
    – Fitness training available upon request
  • Sessions can include video consulting, recording, Blast Motion
    Sensor     analysis, mental training, and game strategy

Clinics and Special Events

  • Special clinics, and full day sessions are available upon request.In Rogers Centre dugout
  • Pitching, catching, full league, spring training, winter training,and a variety of special practice sessions can be arranged at any time.
  • In addition to myself, I can bring athletes from around GTA softball programs, as well as experienced men’s players
    and instructors from around the Greater Toronto Area.

Glove Care and Repair

  • Your glove should be taken care of like a member of the family, it is tWilson A2000 photoruly the tool of your trade out on defence. If it needs some care and love, send it on over to me and I can do anything you need to make it looking good as new again.
  • Glove Cleaning and Conditioning – $10
  • Lace Replacement – $10 for the first lace, $5 for each additional lace
  • Full (or partial) Lace Replacement, Cleaning, and Conditioning – $40

These prices are subject to change, as each glove is different and might require additional tools, laces, or even replacement parts. Prices can be discussed prior to completion.
