To start things off here, I’d like to welcome you to my new website. I’m going to be doing a lot of different things here, and hopefully most of them will be able to help advance the development of softball around the world.

On this site, I’m not planning on being restricted to any one division of college ball, location, or even type of instruction. I’m planning on doing a variety of things like lessons, videos, podcasts, and anything I can think of that will help even just one person play or understand this game better.

In my family, softball is a big deal. For some of you who don’t know, this is what the Sarson family does, softball. My father and his father played, as well as my aunt and uncles. Currently, my brother and I play still (shameless plug to the Scarborough Lions). My sister is also still playing, and it’s a big part of the summer, and for me, all year round.

On any teams I work with, I deal with players and coaches as family. I expect honesty, fun and hard work. We work in a fun, light, enjoyable atmosphere, which I believe lends itself to better hard work. Softball is fun, especially when you do it well, so I try to have as much fun doing it and teaching it as well as I can.
